To Our Valued Patients:
Since the beginning, Liberty Creek Hospice, LLC had established our core value to provide “uncompromising comfort through compassionate care.” This enduring value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World Health Organization declared a pandemic last Wednesday.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain the coronavirus. Please know we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place moving forward to ensure the safety of our healthcare workers and patients.

The current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic means that it is critical that we take every precaution possible to prevent the spread of this virus. We will continue to follow direction from the federal and state government as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to restrict all visitors, families and friends, from visiting except for end-of-life situations or medical emergencies.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone impacted by the spread of COVID-19. Please stay safe and practice excellent hygiene as we navigate through this difficult time together.
Sincerely,
Neng Garcia, RN
Chief Executive Officer
